Vintage 1990s white and black polka dot sleeveless fit and flare dress. Triangular cutout in back. Box pleat skirt with pockets. Comes with a bow belt that snaps together in the back. Button at the top of cutout and a back zipper. Fully lined. Semi shiny polyester material.
