1990's vintage white cotton floral casual dress by Fresh Produce. Light and breezy cotton with a darling illustrative print of green and blue tulips and pink and purple floral clusters. Wide scoop neckline with functional frosted plastic oversized buttons down the bodice. Slightly elevated, but not quite empire, waistline. Short sleeves. Relaxed fit throughout. A-line skirt. Pulls over the head. No lining. I love that on the care instructions tag it says "Oh Happy Day! Enjoy"
