Unusual ultrasuede dress by a brand called Rosario that may be Asian - see Asian characters on the tag. The size is listed as 44, and it's smaller than a contemporary Size 6. The dress form in the images is sized for 6 to 8, and the dress is very tight on the dress form, especially in the waist and hips. There are two hooks at the neck that would not close on the dress form - shown in an image. It also has no stretch so it would fit better on someone smaller than the measurements. It zips up the back with a long 21" zipper, making it easy to get on and off. It has large shoulder pads sewn inside the shoulders - not removable. It's fully lined with a polyester lining. Shoulder to shoulder measures 15", sleeves are 22", length is 34", chest is 34", waist is 28", hips are 36". It's a 1970s style but the tag suggests it may be from the 1990s - to be honest I'm not sure of the era and I can't find more on this brand.
