This is an incredible, head turning, Vintage 1990's dress made by "Betsy and Adam". It has a decidedly retro 1940's deco influence! It is made out of a thick, stretch black poly/spandex that hugs every curve. It features a beautiful sheer illusion mesh sweetheart neckline, soutache embellished bold padded shoulders, a faux wrap front with hip swag, long sheer sleeves, sheer open back and a sexy side slit. This dress is as seductive as it gets!
