This is a fabulous Vintage 1990's mini dress made by "Buyer Too, California". It is made out of a black stretch velvet with a silver glitter sparkle. It features a deep scoop open back with horizontal straps and a cute mini length.

Measures: 33" - 46" bust, 30" - 39" waist, 39" - 52" hips, 33" long shoulder to hem.
