Romantic 1990's vintage rayon floral maxi dress by Starina. Oversized chintz-style floral print in pink, mauve, lavender and beige. Scoop neckline. Wide tank straps. Empire waist with long ties at the back to cinch. The ties can also be wrapped and brought around to the front in a few different configurations. Low back. Lined in ivory rayon. Nylon zip at the back.
