This is a beautiful vintage 1990's cocktail dress made by "Morgan and Co. By Linda Bernell". It is made of a black stretch velvet that has a scrolling floral design laser cut into the fabric with a periwinkle/ lavender stretch underlayer peeking through (90% polyester/ 10% spandex). It features a sexy deep scoop neckline, side slit, and a curve hugging fit. Great Size 11/12!

Measures: 34" - 44" Bust, 29" - 36" waist, 39" - 45" hips, 57" long shoulder to hem.
