1990's vintage romantic babydoll dress by Sacred Threads. Blue rayon velvet bodice with a scoop neckline. Long sleeves. Empire waistline. Skirt and sleeves are made of blue floral rayon jacquard. Ties at the sides to cinch the waist as preferred. Pulls over the head, no closures.
