This is a fabulous Vintage 1990's party dress made by "Niki by Niki Livas". It is made out of a thick black stretch velvet. The underside of the fabric almost resembles neoprene, so it really pulls everything in! It features a sexy sweetheart neckline and long sleeves. It has a back zipper closure and shorter length.

Labeled a size 12 - Please use the measurement for an accurate fit, it has nice stretch
Measures: 37" - 50" bust, 30" - 43" waist, 38" - 50" hips, 39" long shoulder to hem, 23" long sleeves.
