Absolutely iconic vintage 1990s black cocktail slip dress made by "Be Smart". It has two layers of jet-black fabric, a solid stretchy underlayer and a subtly sheer poly crepe overlay. It features tiny spaghetti straps, a plunge neckline, a curve hugging silhouette and a hi-low ruffle hemline. It is not bias cut but has the same fit and drape- beautiful!
