1990's Black Rayon Dress with a pretty colorful floral print. I am terrible with identifying flowers, so I won't try, but they are pink, blue and purple with teal stems and leaves. Blouson style top with long sheer sleeves. The waist is elastic, so there is a bit of flexibility in the size there. The skirt is tiered and a bit flouncy. It is lined in black rayon. There is a zipper and tab closure at the back waist and buttons up the back bodice.
