1990's vintage black crushed stretch velvet mini dress by Hearts. Hearts did amazing pieces in the 80's and 90's. This is such a femme fatale dress! Stretchy soft crushed velvet sheath dress with long slim sleeves. Padded shoulders. Across the front is a sarong panel trimmed in black fringe. The sarong fastens through a loop at the right side of the waist. Slit at the back of the skirt. Nylon zipper.
