1990's vintage spandex stirrup pants by Passport. Full disclosure, I am not certain what these pants are for. They are definitely for some sort of athletic activity/ Skiing? Cycling?

Stretchy opaque spandex leggings. Black with neon abstract swirls, brushstrokes and geometric shapes. High elastic waist with a drawstring waist inside. Inside the waistband is a metal d-ring which I am assuming is for securing keys. There is also a small pocket at the inside waistband. Long legs with stirrups at the ankles. This is a thicker spandex, almost a thin neoprene. Totally opaque. No closures aside from the drawstring.
