Ca. 1990s' silk maxi dress from Talbots in black with white polk-a-dots. The luxe silk fabric is cut on the bias for some stretch and a flattering fit. Flutter sleeves; ruched inverted "V" seam at center of bodice that ends at the natural waist, trimmed with three self-covered buttons; lettuce-edged hem; left side zip. The back is seamed at the natural waist. Self-lined bodice and polyester-lined from waist to hem. The shape is fairly straight with a bit of flare at the hem. Beautiful feel and drape to this fabric.

Although this is a petite size, if the bodice length fits, it could be worn as a midi dress for a regular misses' size.

SIZE: 14P; runs close to size or a tad small (probably would fit a solid size 12 to a small-ish 14). Fabric stretches, and I've given the measurements as unstretched to comfortably stretched, but I don't stretch them out to where they're distorted.

Bust: 36 1/2 to 39 1/2", unstretched to stretched
Waist: 34 to 36", same
Hip: 42 to 46"
Bodice length: 15" from top of shoulder to waist
Length from top of shoulder: 46".

CONDITION: Excellent; no flaws noted, no visible signs of wear.
