I bought this from the Patricia Fields when her boutique was on 8th St in NYC...Who sold it to me? Patricia Fields did!

She happened to be in the store as I was eying the belt. Anyway, she told me that she knew it was expensive but it was handmade and that there weren't that many. And then asked which color I wanted. I said pink and the sale was made!

You can see I've gotten a lot of wear out of it. It is a hip belt and measures 32" on the smallest hook and 36" on its largest.
