Vintage 90's. Vertical striped stretch twill material, long sleeve, v-neckline with wide notched lapel. flower shaped buttons, 5 button closure. Grosgrain trim with corset look. Lined, light shoulder pads, princess seams. Offers slight stretch. Loose threads on buttons but they are still strongly intact, covers it when buttoned, see photos.
