Vintage 1990s silk floral slip dress by OMO Norma Kamali. Sweet, muted morning glory print on a black ground. A wonderful 1930s style. Empire waist and bias cut skit that flares at the hem. Pulls on over your head (no closures.) Please note, this dress is relatively sheer and a full slip is recommended.
