This is a beautiful vintage 1990's maxi dress made by "Bebe". It is made of a slinky black fabric (Rayon, Nylon, Spandex blend). It features a unique drawstring deep plunging scoop neckline with halter tie open back. The neckline can be worn fully open or crossed for a keyhole effect, it is fully adjustable and slides up and down the tie, kind of like a triangle bikini top. It has an empire waist and a sleek sexy maxi length with deep slits on each side.

Labeled a size Small- Has stretch, please use the measurements for an accurate fit.
Measures: 32" - 38" Bust, 25" - 34" empire waist, 37" -48" hips, 11" shoulder to empire waist, 55" long shoulder to hem.
