90’s/Y2K floral silk dress by Betsey Johnson. This beauty is made from a gorgeous midnight blue silk fabric with an all over floral print in orchid, cherry tomato and turquoise. Seriously good sweetheart neckline, with an inverted basque waist. Cute little cap sleeves and a tiered ruffle skirt. Slips over head and has a side zipper closure. Fully lined in a lightweight poly fabric. Absolutely adorable! Great condition. Size 2
