1990's vintage sheer black beaded blouse. Sheer black pleated blouse with a ruffled neckline. Small buttons down the front. Black beaded flower appliqué at the right side of the chest. Long slim pleated sleeves with flounced and beaded cuffs. Strands of black peacock colored beads trim the front of the blouse and fringe the bottom. The hem of the blouse is flounced as well. It's very romantic.
