Go out in your vintage 90's Neo-Victorian best, with this bodice-like vest-top!

This romantic little top is made of a light weight viscose or synthetic blend fabric in deep mossy green color. It has a wide-set collar, completely covered in Ivory color, floral theme lace (with areas of satin-finish sheen). The center front features dainty, antique style, plastic buttons with pearlized centers. This vest is fitted, with princess seams, and lightly lined with a synthetic fabric. No flaws to note!! In perfect condition. Label reads 'I Plate' (?) and size small.
