This early 90s poet blouse (or pirate blouse!) with ruffled collar and cuffs is made of a vibrant orange-red and multicolored floral print silk. The wide scoop neckline has a center front keyhole opening, with a single button closure. The full sleeves have elastic gathering them above the ruffled cuffs. The overall shape of the blouse is meant to be loose fitting, with no closures other than the neckline button. The soft, lightweight silk fabric is unlined. This bight floral silk 90s top is in excellent condition, recently dry-cleaned, with no issues to note.
