90s Vintage Lori Weidner Evenings Red Cowl Neck Chiffon Gown with Subtle Large Floral Print

Flat measurements:
17.5 bust
15 waist
19.5 hip
18.5 back vent
about 56.5" long down center (hem dips down in center)
lined and no stretch

Fabulous gown from the late 90s - subtle large floral print although from a distance it looks solidly red. 100% viscose chiffon outer layer.
Looks EUC, while measuring the hips I discovered a very small smudge on the right hip tip that is undetectable without close inspection because it blends into the subtle darkening that the print gives it. There is also a little bit of dust from shelf wear along the hem but it is also camouflaged by the print. A dry cleaner may be able to take care of both. I also detected some very slight possible fraying under the zipper (zipper works)
