Feels like Cotton. Tag says “Speed Limit” and notes it as a vintage Large. Best fits size Medium to Large, depending on how bloused you like it. Model is modern size 4/6 for reference.

Good vintage condition- Minor wear to piece. There are some loose thread here and there. Please refer to pictures. There is an ever so slight discoloration on the front that was undistinguishable until I had it under my bright studio lights and even then its super hard to tell (please see last photo).
