1990’s mini jumper dress by Suzy Phillips. Made from a black and white speckled poly acrylic blend fabric that gives it a charcoal gray look. Bib style bodice with silver toggle hook closures, and large front pocket. Great mini length would look amazing with some thigh high socks. Shown with a collared top that is not included. Great vintage condition. Marked a size M
