This is fantastic. Lace, beads, ribbon appliqués, huge Peter Pan collar, shoulder pads, this could be a jacket or maybe even a micro mini with lace tights ! I have no idea who made it, tags been cut out, fully lined but waiting for a true fashion visionary to take this to new levels.
