Condition: Good. I put fresh elastic in the waist. A previous owner took it in at the side seams and hand finished the seam edges. They didn’t do the neatest job but is looks good on the outside. The elastic in the legs is shot but it feels fine without it. See photos. This has been hand soaked and line dried and arrives clean and ready to wear.
