Lovely 1990s vintage ruffled blouse or topper from Giorgio Armani's Le Collezioni label features a shawl collar with waterfall lapels and flutter cuffs. It has very lightly padded shoulders, three buttons hiding in the ruffled lapels, and two cute little patch pockets. The fabric is an off-white linen and silk blend (60/40). Labeled US size 8.
