This black corset wiggle skirt is by LBK for Lou Barok Paris for size 38 or size 6/8. It was designed in the 1990's in France. The skirt is fully lined and the material is a heavyweight woven cotton with 2% Lycra, so there's just a bit of stretch to it. There are hidden buttons in the front and a 6.5 inch slit in the back of the skirt. Between the tailoring in the back and the corset tie, the skirt definitely gives off that 30's/40's femme fatale vibe.
