1990s vintage novelty lace print blouse by Carole Little. Soft rayon blouse with a novelty lace floral print. Lace shawl collar with a loop at the center to thread the collar through. Brass floral knotted buttons down the front. Cropped to the waist with elastic at the back. Long billowy sleeves with button cuffs.
