This black, full length, Swarovski Crystal Bead encrusted gown is by luxury evening wear designer Carla Westcott for size 8. The dress is new, the tags have been removed, and it retailed between $1500 and $3000 in the 1990’s. The fabric is a stretch knit rayon, a rayon matte jersey. It has a low V-neck, and comes down low in the back. There are 26 inch slits in each side. The slit comes up to the middle of your thigh, depending on how tall you are.
