Vintage 1990s navy blue floral flutter sleeve corset romper. Features a pleated scalloped neckline, short flutter sleeves (with shoulder pads), fabric covered buttons down the front, corset ties on each side and wide leg shorts. Made from a lightweight flowy rayon.
