Fabric feels like cotton or cotton blend. There are absolutely no tags. I believe this is handmade. So beautifully done with sheet music for Amazing Grace on the whole inside and the upper part of the outside. Button closure. Please consider these measurements before purchasing as there is no size. 18” underarm to underarm 22” from mid shoulder to bottom point. There is absolutely no reason you can’t wear this reversed. However the buttons would be on the inside so, difficult button or you would probably just want to wear it open. Shows no sign of wear.
