Fabric is a moss green high sheen fabric crafted in bands. Deep crown with narrow brim and a faux rhinestone hatband. Right side holds a large bow which is also accentuated with the panels of cutouts which appear to be rhinestones but are not.

Interior is finished with a grosgrain ribbon.

No label other than Made in China.

The only condition issue is the interior ribbon which is soiled.

Inner circumference is 23 inches. Crown rises 6 3/4 inches, brim extends 1 1/2 inches in the back, 2 inches on the sides and 2 3/4 inches in the front.
