1990's Lipstick Red and Black Satin Strapless Dress

Lipstick red satin dress with black waist band, bow and piping along the neckline.

Boning in the bodice and a zipper down the back. Zipper works just fine, the dressform is larger than dress.

Under layer has a tulle hem that peaks out below the hem.

Bow is not connected and there is a pull on the left side just above the black waistband.
