Vintage Late 1990’s Betsey Johnson Party Dress, Med, Black

Who doesn’t love Betsy Johnson? Kick up your heels and have fun wearing this dress and swinging this double layered sheer skirt. Black and nude tulle skirt and lace bodice. The slip lining has a few stains on it, but not the dress itself. The bodice has breast bones to keep it in place in case your dancing gets too wild. Betsy would love it if you did!
