I'm not sure whether these are MEN'S or WOMEN'S jeans, my best guess is women's BUT they have deep pockets like men's jeans usually do, but they also definitely say size 12 on the tag which is typically only a size for women. I think it's a jean anyone could wear so it doesn't really matter as long as it will fit you
