Vintage 1990s Jams World Hattie Dress in the Azure pattern. This loose fit mini dress features a dropped waist, 3-tiered ruffle hemline, short sleeves, and a deep scoop neck and backline. Bright and colorful tropical floral print, crinkled rayon material. Made in Hawaii. In excellent vintage condition, with no flaws that I could find.
