This gorgeous one-of-a-kind handcrafted vintage 1990s piece features a very shiny faux patent leather halter top that ties behind your neck and an empire waist pleated skirt. Below the skirt line is black crinoline. Zips up the side. Day of the dead print all over the baby doll portion of the shirt. Excellent condition.

Measured laying flat pit to pit (where the pit WOULD be if there was one) 18 inches, empire waist 15 inches, hips 28 inches. Modern size medium.
