Something about this dress gives "Victorian Vampire meets the 1990s" and it's a look. With a corset back, long sleeves, lace details and a heart shaped cut out opening that even includes a small heart gold accent, there's a lot to love here. Even soft shoulder pads to add to that classic shape!
