Shoulders have been taken in, and as such the tag is stitched over a little bit. The stitches should be easily removable if you need to open them up. They're taken in about a 0. 5 inches total. Measurements reflect the sizing as is. The inside fabric lining of the collar is torn but functional. No smell!
