A whimsical button up top by Studio 199 Petites. This short sleeve blouse features a button front closure made up of multicolored plastic buttons in slightly different sizes. Only some of the buttons are functional, some are decorative and sewn to the front of the shirt with no corresponding buttonholes. Oversized collar has a floral print with a confetti trim.
