Gorgeous 90s does 40s navy blue and off white rayon maxi dress. Features large shoulder pads, buttons at the front of the waist and a waist tie at the back. Constructed to look like a polka dot (irregular like stippled look dots more than polka dots) dress with an abstract floral overdress. No labels. Shoulder pads should be easy to remove if you choose to do so.

No size label. Fit me well at 42-30-42. No closures so must fit over your shoulders. Fabric has a little give but is not elastic.

Bust - 45 inches
Waist - 35 inches
Shoulder - 17 inches between outer edges of shoulder pads
Length - 50 inches from top of shoulder

In very good condition. There is some slight, very faint staining that I noticed while I was steaming the dress. The print is busy so I had to search to find it again but it is there.

Items ship from a dog and cat friendly home. I always use mild detergents when I clean my garments and do my best to clean, store inventory away in sealed bins, and minimize exposure to animals.
