Calling all 90's fashion lovers! This fun and bold vest by California Concepts screams 90's and is the perfect laying piece for any wardrobe. The fabrication has alternating sections of plaid and floral. It closes down the center front with opalescent shank buttons but also looks great worn open and unbuttoned! It has it's original "California Concepts" tag in the neckline, but no sizing is shown. It fits a modern day women's small or medium.
