Love these so much! They were best made in England so I wish I knew where this was manufactured...only a size tag inside. Chocolate Wool on a HARD base. Has been very well stored with minimal fade. Decorative lucite cameo with REAL FEATHER on the side.
At 23" around, fits an average to larger women's sized head.
JUST FABULOUS REGENCY/VICTORIAN STYLE, this is in EXCELLENT vintage condition.
