GORGEOUS late 1990s custom millinery piece from right here in San Antonio. This was consigned to me by the retired milliner Darcie Payne, who specialized in Fiesta San Antonio Royal Court party hats.
This Navy Blue & Hot Pink confection was a leftover custom piece from the 1997-1998 Fiesta season.
These hats retailed $350 and up because each dyed pheasant feather was HAND-PLACED on every hat!!

This is in MINT vintage condition, except for being a tiny bit dusty from storage.
22.5" circumference, will fit am average to larger sized woman's head.
