This vintage 90’s piece by Jessica Howard is so amazing because it can be worn as a sleeveless shell / blouse with the buttons in the back, or it can be flipped around backwards and worn as a vest. Black with yellow piping trim and gorgeous floral embroidery. Scalloped trim on the embroidered side. Fabric covered buttons. Fully lined. Linen/rayon blend. Excellent condition. Please note the tag states it’s a two piece set but I do not have the skirt it originally came with so this is only one piece that can be worn two ways. Size 8 petite.
