Vintage 1995 sweater vest cardigan by Susan Bristol, size small

Green knit cotton ramie blend with wooden toggle buttons and dog design. Various breeds including what looks like maybe a Saint Bernard, Scottie, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Pointer, Setter, Lab, Terrier etc. Most dogs have a ribbon collar with a little hanging tag embellishment.
