Vintage 1990s ditsy floral shirtwaist dress. Beautiful teal color with purple and white flowers. Bodice has hidden buttons and one snap at the top. Short sleeves with shoulder pads (easily removed). Elastic waist with belt loops but no belt. (Belt shown in NOT included). Full pleated midi skirt. 1950s style. Lightweight polyester. Unlined. No pockets.
