90s Deadstock Extra Long Black Velvet Evening Dress

This gorgeous long black velvet dress has a super sexy 24" slit up the back. It is labeled a size 4 however it did fit my size 6 mannequin nicely. Brand is Jessica Howard Evenings - Made in Hong Kong. Dress is lined in pink on the top. Materials are 90% Polyester and 10% Spandex. Lining is 97% polyester and 3% spandex. Dress is in brand new never worn condition.

Measurements while dress is laying flat:
-Across chest underarm to underarm 17.5" stretches to about 20"
-Across waist 15" stretches to about 19"
-Across hips 19" stretches to about 23"
-Length from top of strap to bottom of dress 58"
